I made this track with the thought of revolving doors in mind and no matter how you strive there is so many to go through endless and ending back at square one.

We all drift off to our special place  but where does your subconscious mind really go. Close your eyes and follow the journey with the music track

Subconscious Mind

Way up in the mountain valley  the flutist plays his flute undeterred by the rumbles of thunder and the lashing sound of the rain falling the cracks of thunder increasing  as though its like a call and response in echoes.

Storm In The Valley

A Prisoner on an old galleon ship is destined to be hanged the ship sailing through the sea to the said destination.  A recurring bell tolls. The deck of the boat is old and creaky. Footsteps walking along the deck of their prisoner. Drums increase in intensity before the final steps of the prisoner can be heard no more. only the hangmans noose swaying side to side.

The year is 2059 Humans  are no longer useful. The only way forward is to succumb to a superior race and become a humanoid with serviceable parts. Legs, arms are fully functioning but all is not what it seems  as  their logic is scrambled and cannot follow commands.

This  is a  0.14 seconds sample with live instruments recorded. 
A 12 String westfield guitar  chords played  three D  A and E major with the strings played. by a pick  Apito whistle. A shaker was used. Drum Rhythm. & Seq Reaktor.

Different Kind Of Westfield 2

A  one minute track consisting of four 8 bar loops. Bars 1 and  3 are live recorded sounds on a mobile phone when out on a trip. Bars 2 and 4 are the same sounds put through a series of chain inserts to create the new sound on those loops. Hence the title of the track being named B4 and After.

Broken clocks and delayed echoes and footsteps heard on the train platform passengers waiting to board on the 2118 express. Crashing of cymbals and drums build up the tension and suspense. Will it stop in time ? Sound sample created at the end to replicate like train buffers of slowing down  but did the train driver apply them too late what is the trains fate?

Runaway Train

In the deepest part of the galaxy  year 3052 Where supremecy is king, only winning is honoured. There is a colony who has an undefeated half human cyborg. Who has conquered all that has come across its path.
Until now  this last battle is lost and failure looms. 
Instinct must kick in, but with the amount of damage it has sustained will there be enough time to replenish and survive. ?

Galactic Battle Failure

To me making this track was a privelege as not only been lucky enough to obtain a Theremini instrument with the logo MOOG on it . Then realise the  variety of sound that i could create with this instrument. The Theremini has a antenna  at its side which in turn the movement of my hand  and fingers generated  the difference in frequencies in pitch and texture.  No actual keys were pressed in the making of this track just Hand Control

Pure Theremini

This is a 0.14  fourteen seconds sample  named start dont stop made by layering sounds air blowing tube. Noises made by mouth. Car engine turning over. Clicking of time passing and going round . Adding some rhythm.

Start Dont Stop

Lying on a hospital bed waiting for a opration of the brain suffering from vicious cycles from dreams causing fear panic despair not being able to laugh or cry. Getting weaker by the day and no strength. The only way is to make it stop. Is there any hope left?

Make It Stop

Deep in the outskirts of space. Spacestation Alpha Echo x9 . Prepares itself for what is looming in their space quadrant.Do they ready for battle?. Are their weapons enough to protect them. The creature from inside the spaceship lands. Is this the end for  Alpha Echo  X9?

They Are Coming

To create the 8 seconds sample  i have layered original foley sounds that i recorded  fom my galaxy phone The beach footsteps, A plastic bottle  popping from creases and air . Running a cog on a clear crystal vase Running water down a sink. Plus recording the sound of a local bus pulling away from a  bus stop.

Plughole Chaos

A track made of actual recordings made from galaxy phone. Playing a rhythm on a barbados drum.  A tibetan healing bowl  struck on the side. A beep at the supermarket checkout. Hand trolley across the shop floor. Trolley stacked outside. Car boot being shut and car being locked. Taking the first three letters of tibetan and bar of barbados gave me the title  Tibbar and its 8 bars long so Tibbar 8.1 was the title

As the eyes get heavy  and you begin to drift off to sleep.Like a storm inside your head starts.Wondering where the dream will take you? Uncertainty as to its depths. Where is the dream going? Heavenly hearing angel like voices feels like a safe zone.Suddenly you are falling deeper like a roller coaster not knowing whats coming are you floating high? or sinking deeper into depths unknown? Heart starts pumping quicker is it time to wake up?.

Dimensional Dreams

I am sure everyone has a fallen hero. Someone who they always looked up to. This track i have created i am dedicating it to my late father who served in world war 2 in the royal air force loading the bombs on the planes. He played his part . He is my Fallen Hero I thank him for making it possible for my life i have now. So being blessed in creating music i came up with this track.

When i began to play the notes of the harpsichord and melody, i thought of the title Quest for the fair maiden 1. I would  like to think that it could fit into a  gaming sequence. A jousting duel between two knights with the knight who wins claims his fair maiden.But could it be the first of other instalments to come? Will he stay the champion or be toppled by others waiting to challenge him?

This track of which i named Into the Distance  when it was completed  i pictured it as a scene that could fit into 1  a gaming  sequence. or 2 A Scene for action in a movie .

I origanally recorded the sounds when walking outside of the train passing by on the tracks and the pneumatic drill on my galaxy phone .transferred them into cubase software. and built up a 30 seconds track by adding other effects. came up with the title Commute if you dare..
Could be used as a scene for a film  as its only 30 seconds long.

Commute If You Dare

To describe my latest track the general idea came about with the naming of the track Chance encounter after i watched a video on youtube. the video in question was by Lisa Witt from pianote and the melodic and harmonic scale of A Minor in music. The theme is of a girl who has not had much luck in her lifein finding the right person to settle down with.She wals into a nightclub notices a guy playing a piano.Time passes  she gets closer now in touching distance. The piano stops he turns around and kisses her, heart beats faster she feels great joy that special kiss and embrace. Her life is complete they walk out of the nightclub holding hands and dissapearing into the distance.

Chance Encounter

A one minute track created from drums synthesizer and added cowbell. So if you like tapping your feet or want to dance. Or just want to relax close your eyes  listen to the music. Let that one minute count.

Space Dancefloor Shoes 2

A short track which i have created was to be able to come up with an eerie like feeling when out at night in the rain and thunder rumbling  which were the sounds recorded on a h4n pro  hand recorder. Building a suspense with Ambience. Breath. Metallic scraping with added EQ. Panning left to right. The track  aimed towards a short scene in a movie sequence.

There is a famous cliche saying"Is this heaven or is this hell?" But what would happen if when our body and mind is stuck between like a parallel universe. One serving heaven. The other serving hell. Mind and body trapped never to be free. Hence the naming of the track.

Stuck In Limbo

All instruments of the track were played by me. Tongue drums  a 10 inch tongue drum and a six inch tongue drum creating rhythms on them both to create like a call and response effect. With rhythm from hi and low egg shakers. A Wooden whistle blown into and controlled by a stick pulled back and forth to vary the sound. Audio recorded on my mobile of traffic passing by. Footsteps on the beach as i was walking across. With sea waves coming in and out moving shingle on the beach.

Far away in a remote village thaere is a decrepit house, but legend has it only one room remained intact. Many have heard of the folklore tale."Do not enter or risk never being yourself and your mind be possessed by the evil spirit from within".

This track Title named Darkest Days 1.0  I have tried to emulate  a scenario.  Where a individual who has one of those darkest days.  Feels trapped with hearing constant voices causing confusion . To the point  of despair where there is no return.

A drumming track with a difference . i used the live sound audio that i recorded with my H4N Field recorder of the train on the tracks. The helicopter circling above me in the air. Plus the live guinea pig squeaks and added them into the music track

This track was made to hopefully to show my diversity as a sound designer.Driving dancefloor beat which gradually changes over the bars that it plays. Voices, echoes, wooden block being played. Voices put through an analyser. Car engine noise blended in with a phaser. The sound towards the end represents a train coming to a halt hitting the buffers with added effects.

A Musician that's attained a Distinction Certificate studying level 2 subsidiary diploma for music practitioners 2016. Obtained  a Merit certificate @ Level three extended certificate for music practitioners 2017. Merit certificate @ 
LVL 3 Extended diploma for music practitioners 2018. 
Attained a level 5 Pearson BTEC higher National Diploma in August 2021 in music Production & Sound Design at East sussex college Hastings .
Working on material instrumental tracks and my own  sound samples . i am open to opportunities that come my way via film companies and alike.
