Dear Family, Friends, & Fans,

We are so fortunate to live in an age where the stigma surrounding mental health is slowly dwindling. As the stigma is dwindling, I believe awareness of how important our mental health truly is needs to be spread. No, I’m not asking you to donate money to a cause…

I’ve partnered with The National Museum of Mental Health Project to release “A Poem on [Mental] Health”. This poem will be officially published as part of NMMHP’s “I Get It” exhibition later next month.

I’m also proud to release this exclusive spoken word & music version in conjunction with NMMHP. 

I stand in solidarity with the many who have suffered through mental health issues and I hope this small artistically vulnerable contribution can make a positive impact on at least one person’s life today.
