Drafted on a night of intense panic as all my relationships began to change drastically. This album was meant to assess my confrontation with old and new forms of isolation, be it unrequited love, a friendship falling apart, losing a parent, and involvement with alcohol and drugs. I wanted to pose a tough question: is isolation okay?
