Je Ne Sais Pas is a band about grindcore and cheap desserts. Noël and Anthony worked hard for more than ten years to achieve the greatest standards of grindcore music ever, starting with their demo majestically called "Grindcoreland" and adorned with fantastic views of Nantese tram stop Château de Rezé. 69 songs in 53 minutes was the best they could do, with no instruments at all and a nevertheless unstoppable determination to play music. All this was back in summer 2000.
After having enjoyed the huge sums of money they had drawn out of the sale of their critically-acclaimed demo, the boys relaxed for a few minutes and when they opened their eyes again, it was 2006 and people had mobile phones and the Internet. They therefore set on completing their first LP (nicknamed "The LP with instruments"), "The Great Mouchou Returns". One year and a half it took them to build up something akin to their visionary, er, vision of musical perfection. The result was a gem of grindcoresque proportions, a second album filled with popular long-time hits such as "IUFM Boy", "Pourquoi tu t'es fait castrer comme ca?", "Zouk" and "Le petit chaperon rouge chez la mère-grand". And its new title was to be "La Polka du Yaourt". The album was completed in February 2008.
Considered by critics and purists alike to be the band's second and most accomplished effort, the album "Dumbo: a Grindcore Opera Part I" got rid of all musical boundaries known to mankind or even aliens and sent its listeners to regions of the mind they did not even know they had. The album was completed in January 2011, 
Following a world tour of some sort, the two musicians drifted apart for a while; Noël became an airline pilot in South Vietnam and Anthony started teaching the art of windsurfing to marmots in the Rocky Mountains. Yet, love remained in the air and they eventually got down to grindcore business again. Their final album, "The Carrot of Ultimate Destruction", was completed in June 2015, bringing grindcore and relaxation music together, for what would later be described as "the groundbreaking re-discovery of the link that has always existed between funk, grindcore and cowboy yodelling music."
