I heard this song for the first time Friday and loved it. Recorded it Saturday. Forgot about it Sunday. Remembered it this morning, so I guess here it is! Yes, I changed some lyrics in it, so to any diehard Chvrches purists out there...I know! I'm just a dude recording stuff cuz whatever.

Only a matter of time before I posted a Coheed track. One of my favourite simpler songs from their newest album, thought I could add my spin to it. Wanted to dedicate this to a friend of mine who passed away a few years ago, a friend from high school who is basically responsible for getting me deeper into Coheed, which at this point is my biggest influence. Enjoy!

As one does, I was rewatching The Office to pass the time when I hit the Pool Party episode in season 8. The song at the end caught my attention, as it did every other time I watched it, and instead of shamelessly try to rip off the melody to create an original like I did all those other times, I thought "Hey, might as well do a cover!".
