Nasze drogi skrzyżowały się po raz pierwszy podczas Instytut Festival Music & Art w 2018 roku, gdzie wystąpiła na Rave Stage b2b z rraph. Po tym wspaniałym secie współpraca poszybowała i Aetha regularnie występuje na wydarzeniach organizowanych pod szyldem pioruna ⚡️

Pochodzi z Lublina, gdzie 9 lat temu rozpoczęła swoją drogę w świecie muzyki. Gra z ogromną pewnością siebie oraz nie boi się uderzyć w słuchaczy prawdziwie soczystym i potężnym bitem. Szybko stała się jedną z twarzy ruchu, który zawojował polską sceną rave. Obecnie jest jedną z najbardziej rozpoznawanych artystek na rodzimej scenie muzycznej. Można zobaczyć ją na imprezach techno, jak również psytrance, gdzie występuje pod pseudonimem jot. 

Gdy nie znajduje się za deck’ami, swoją pasję do kreacji spełnia realizując różne przedsięwzięcia w lokalnych społecznościach - spotkania, wystawy i wykłady muzyczne. Jej autorskie pomysły, między innymi organizacja open decks w klubie Szpitalna 1, przyczyniły się poważnie do rozwoju krakowskiej sceny muzyczne. Przed pandemią pracowała jako booking managerka w STK 47 - Warehouse, jak również jest współzałożycielką vultur, do którego należy wraz z rraph i Diabot.

Artists presented in this series have been working with us on various events under the lightning banner. They have made their mark with incredible skills and music selection, which you'll be able to experience listening to these sets ⚡️

The ninth artists in the series is aetha 🖤

aetha, Jot, Jotka, Aneta – artystka of many names and a close friend of Instytut. Our paths crossed for the first time when she performed b2b with rraph at Rave Stage of Instytut Festival Music & Art in 2018. After this marvelous performance our relationship skyrocketed and she performs regular during events organized by Instytut ⚡️

She was born in Lublin, where she started her path in music 9 years. She performs with enormous confidence and she is not afraid to hit the audience with a juicy, heavy beat. She quickly became one of the faces of the movement of techno on the polish rave scene. Nowadays she is one of the most recognizable artists in our homeland. You can see her performances on techno parties as well as psytrance, where she performs under the name jot. 

When she’s not behind the decks, she spreads her passion for music by organizing various events in local communities – showcases, workshops and music lectures. Kraków music scene’s rapid growth is partially dedicated to her original ideas, like organizing open decks in Szpitalna 1 club. She was a booking manager at STK 47 - Warehouse before the pandemic and she is a co-founder of vultur, which she, rraph and Diabot are a part of.

With this mix, I wanted to bring you on an ethereal meditative journey, a trance induced trip. A moment in time and space where your soul can feel safe, rest and let go of all the accumulated energies. Please place yourself comfortably, take some deep breaths, savour this homecoming within your body . Let the rhythms of the music bring you to a place to find yourself, a place of abundant self love. As you are becoming aware of the notes changing and evolving, feel the warmth of the gratitude and kindness in you. Exhale them, release resentment and see the beauty of these powers you own. You are opening yourself to the purest joy of radiating this love with the world around you.

Next up we have Fhase 87 with a 42 track medley of rough and tribal selections.

With over 20 years of experience behind the decks the French born Dj and producer has gained the support of many stalwarts of the scene such as Laurent Garnier, Perc, Dave Clarke, Sims and Cleric to name a few.

With a style that oscillates between Detroit Techno and Chicago Techno, his quality selections and energetic mixing style enliven his audience and keep them on their toes.

2021 marked the year he launched two labels “Lemegeton” a series of 18 vinyl releases and “French Loops” a mixture of raw techno/ tribal tracks. 2022 also saw the launch of his third label “Architecte” a project combining music and photography, each cover being a photo of architecture taken in his hometown, Calais.

A lot of output from this artist that shows no sign of slowing down.

Anphonik:
Anphonik began collecting records at the age of 16. He moved to Berlin a few years ago to study sound engineering and further explore the world of techno music. He's a highly technical DJ who exclusively plays vinyl sets. His mixing style is influenced by legendary DJs like Jeff Mills, using quick cuts to layer sounds on top of each other.

Malena Kronschnabl is a Stuttgart based graphic designer & illustrator.
With a love for color, textures and shapes, she develops her own visual language that finds expression in visual identities, image based and conceptual design. Her affinity for three-dimensionality comes to life through motion design as well as real objects.

Antic Soul, a dynamic DJ duo from Berlin, has become synonymous with old school grooves and uplifting dub techno. Antic Soul's performances have graced the stages of some of Berlin's most iconic venues, including the renowned Tresor, Sisyphos, About Blank, Kater Blau, KitKatClub and Alte Münze. Beyond the club scene, Antic Soul's infectious energy have also earned them coveted spots at parades like the CSD Parade and Zug der Liebe or the Feel Festival.
Fuelled by their love for spreading positive vibes and creating unforgettable moments, Antic Soul took their passion to the next level by founding their own label Entourage Concept, focused on fast dub and groove techno. With this platform, they have not only been able to produce their own music but also provide a launching pad for emerging talents in the techno scene.
