Elata Series 005 with Alberto Tolo

Alberto Tolo is a DJ and producer from Padua, Italy, who started his musical journey in the early 2000s.
Known for his very distinctive sounds, mixing tribal elements and raw percussive sounds, Alberto Tolo creates a whole new universe within the techno scene. His sound is a succession of sharp, very club-oriented rhythms, leading to a mesmerising sonic experience, in which you can let yourself be immersed in very powerful grooves.

Alberto Tolo launched his own label ALT in 2022, in which he releases his own productions, with a particular attention to detail and a very well-identified idea of ​​techno represented by distorted and rare sounds.

He is also a resident of the Berlin collective Demolition Berlin for whom he plays in Berlin. He has also played on several occasions for the well-established Vault Sessions in Amsterdam and for different events across Europe.

Alberto Tolo is one of those artists that we have always loved listening to and whose tracks are always in our playlists.

Is the French word for "rhythm" and my new podcast series. I spent the last year working on Elata Collective, and I think it’s now time to focus a bit more on pushing myself to release more material. This starts with a podcast series and will be followed by my own music. 

I hope you are going to like the ride; I really enjoyed recording this 2-hours format, which gives me time to explore different sounds and rhythms.

MXV, or simply Max (he/him), moved to Amsterdam after high school to escape his slumbering hometown Lisse. He quickly gravitated towards (queer)nightlife and most of his creative endeavors have been centered around it.

MXV takes inspiration from both the underground and the progressive scene. Starting with a trippy, uptempo vibe, MXV skillfully builds momentum, leading to a heavy, climatic crescendo that gets the dance floor moving. His music is hypnotic yet irresistibly danceable, with carefully curated rhythms that act as an invitation to lose yourself on the dance floor.

𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙄𝙎𝙏:  MISLAW

Mislaw is a techno producer and DJ with a passion for electronic sound that dates back to his youth. He started producing at the age of 16 and has since created a wide range of music, including tracks featured in movies, spectacles, and TV shows. Having graduated from a music school in the piano class, Mislaw brings a natural musicality to his productions, resulting in a sound that is both nuanced and captivating.
In 2024 he released his solo EP for renowned BCCO Berlin, and made appearances on labels such as Duplicity Edeinburgh or Ri7mo from Buenos Aires. He performed in venues all over Europe, including legendary places like Tresor or ADE in Amsterdam. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the Wrocław-based record label and collective 'Całość', and one of the “Muse Festival” organizers.
Beyond music, Mislaw is fascinated by physics and
nanoengineering, and he is always on the lookout for new sounds and ways to create a steamy dance floor experience.
