On the 4th episode of Luminal rec., we gladly welcome Portuguese artist Temudo – one of the most exciting and dexterous rising talents within the underground electronic music, continuously releasing works on labels like SOMA, Clergy, Modularz and his own trippy imprint HAYES.

‘Only Then’ is a hypnotic and bleepy, floor-focused interpretation of label-boss Black Lotus’ & Temudo’s vision, transporting listeners to cavities of space and serenity. The four tracker is fully packed with layered, heavy hitting Techno, yet being comprised of enough experimental artefacts and left-of-centre nuances to satisfy even the most curious of diggers. Includes fantastic remix from the amazing Dustin Zahn!

Gabriel Correa better known as 'Lucho The G' is a producer and DJ from Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela. He currently resides in Barcelona. His fondness for electronic music began in 2016 when he decided to start creating his own music fusing genres such as house with hybrid sounds and lots of percussion. 

It was then in 2020 when he decided to start a new project more repowered, with a clearer objective which is to present a multifaceted vision through underground music and groove sound trying different rhythms with percussion always as a reference in his productions and sessions.

Lucho has made his way in the nightlife scene of Barcelona and has been able to perform in different places already established in the city such as City Hall, Buena Onda Social Club, Bar 18, among others.

CMND CTRL is a techno label run by Florida based producer B. Riley that has featured contributions from Pfirter, Psyk, Gaetano Parisio, ORBE and Ray Kajioka.

Positive Conundrum is the new production alias from American artist Tim Xavier, who is now Berlin-based and also runs Manmade Mastering with over 20 years experience in the music industry.

Tim Xavier has featured tracks and remixes on influential record labels ranging from Ellen Allien's BPitch to Slam's Soma.

The album is a vigorous collection of underground techno, IDM, electro and beyond, showing his love for analogue techniques and dance floor appeal alongside the skill of a seasoned creator.

The self titled album has fourteen tracks that include "Positive Conundrum" with abstract percussion and experimental hook. "Deep Fried Consciousness" has a pulsing, underwater sound with tribal clinks. "Ode to my Heroes" is wrapped in jackin' tension while "Wrangler Kiez Excursion" is a gritty synth workout. Fifth is "Zeon Ice Atmosphere" that has a brooding menace into "Yet Another Poison" a strong, strutting jam. "Diamond Grinder" is a freaky modular cut, "Angle of 13.42 Arc Minutes" has a quirky and cool theme and "Elegant Ebbing" opts for an electro soundscape. Track ten "1 and a 2 Back to my Roots" is a raw, hypnotic trip, "Touch the Sky" lifts up the gear with instant energy and Detroit style chords. "Maximum Ellipticity" adds a drama with its percussive flair, while "Atmo Roller" takes things down to a stripped back groove and closing with "Morning Things Over" that winds down into a space-out breakbeat.

Giuliano Rodrigues is a renowned Brazilian DJ and music producer, widely recognized for his significant contributions to the Dub Techno genre. Born with an innate passion for music, Giuliano channeled his talent and creativity to craft a unique and captivating sound that deeply resonates with genre enthusiasts.

In 2012, Giuliano founded his first digital label, @flowingmovementmusic. Through this label, he not only promoted his own music but also elevated the profile of numerous other artists within the genre. His commitment to sonic excellence and dedication to cultivating a vibrant community of Dub Techno producers and fans have solidified his position as a central figure in the music scene.

In 2020, amid the pandemic, he launched DUBGIU, followed by Afterdub in 2023 and @dublucid in 2024—all focused on deep tech, deep house, minimal, and, of course, Dub Techno.

Giuliano has also released tracks on @lucidflow, a label founded by @nadjalind and @helmut-ebritsch, also known as @klartraum. The duo has produced remixes of Giuliano’s tracks, showcasing mutual respect and collaboration within the Dub Techno community. Two of Giuliano’s songs were even played at the iconic Burning Man festival. Giuliano also had the opportunity to remix Klartraum's track Manifestation, which has garnered over 60,000 plays on Spotify.

Additionally, Giuliano was featured on the popular YouTube channel GENTLEMAN, which boasts over 400,000 subscribers. In a dedicated video, @gentlemantracks selected ten tracks released by Giuliano under DUBGIU and created a one-hour set featuring his music. The channel also added two of his tracks to its top Spotify playlists.

Giuliano’s music portfolio extends to @superordinate-music, founded by @naetek. He has collaborated with Nae:Tek on several tracks, demonstrating his versatility and ability to synergize with other artists. Most recently, Giuliano released new music on @piranha-siberia, continuing to contribute fresh and innovative sounds to the Dub Techno scene.

Through these platforms and collaborations, Giuliano Rodrigues continues to solidify his reputation as a prolific and influential figure in Dub Techno, constantly pushing the genre's boundaries and connecting with a global audience.

Currently, with countless remixes, singles, compilations, and his entire body of work focused on Dub Techno, Giuliano has centralized all his releases under one label: DUBLUCID.
