Creek Mary's Blood - instrumental

"Whispers of love" is a track inspired by my recent work trip to Massachusetts; it is  a song that I began writing during my last week there. 

This song is about serendipity. Now serendipity can be positive and negative. This song is about both. Serendipity is defined as: good luck in making unexpected and fortunate discoveries. It's an intimate feeling you get about a person before you even have an actual conversation or get to know them. 

My intuition often leads me to unexpected discoveries however, it's never a two way street... meaning... I learn the feelings I get are not mutual... well they are mutual just not mutually shared... or maybe I get too far ahead psychologically and our timing is always off... I believe there is still room for growth but until then... I guess everything I felt was just a whisper of love that you chose not to capitalize upon.

Anyhow... I hope you enjoy the track. For the beat I went with a Pop-Rock sound. Thanks for listening!!!


Whispers of love...

"Still Soaring" is a song also inspired by time back east last month. I had a connecting flight back to Midway Chicago... that began at Bradley International in Connecticut then I connected at Baltimore Maryland (aka Thurgood Marshall) International.

Both flights were full to capacity and full of interesting people... so I ordered a glass of wine and began writing this one while in flight!!!

I am a songwriter for the most part. I do sing, but it's been a few years and my voice no longer matches the old unfinished recordings I have and used to post here -part of growing up, I guess. Anyway, no big deal- it happens to basically all us dudes eventually if we live long enough. 

I don't know if I'll ever do another audio recording of myself ever again. But, I haven't stopped writing song lyrics and practicing my sound engineering skills that I use mostly as a hobby at this point. 

I use a few different programs like Mixcraft and Audacity as well as a few different A.I. custom sound and music generator programs all together in order to bring my written words to life- so that at least someone will sing my songs, even if it's just the A.I. since I can't sing them the way I used to anymore anyway. Some friends of mine also help out, from time to time; but, other than that I'm pretty much solo over here.
