The sign read Les Sept Têtes restaunt. Felter believed the last word to be french but upon further investigation, it is simply a misspelling.

Felter pushes open the opaque glass doors and ducks under its tall frame. The smell of fresh pastries along with the sound of cutlery and unintelligible discussion fills the air.

William and Parker refused to go in as earth's catmaid cafes were typically quite indecent. The only reason Felter decided to go was after hearing some gossip of an eight foot tall bipedal red creature acting as a waitress there.

All the members of staff are dressed as expected, including Krazman.

"And so you return. My antithesis, my arch nemesis. Why have you come here, old man?!"
"You serve macrons?"

Krazman's returns to a civilian posture.
"You don't recognize me? Your mind must be failing you, as will your form."
"Nah, I know who you are. Just wanted macrons."
Felter rests his arms on a nearby counter.

"I see. Sixty dollars."
Felter hands in the cash.
"I shall be back."

"Wait a second. Hows about we talk a bit while we wait."
"There is nothing to talk about, old man."
"There is plenty of things to talk about. Like... the name of this place."
"I don't know they are fine keeping a misspelling there either."
"Nah, I don't mean that. I meant the french stuff."
"That is in reference to an old sea story. I've been made too recently to see that rumor spread in person."

They both go silent for a while, but then...

Krazman recalls something and angrily grabs Felter's shoulder.

Felter is dumbfounded. His eyebrows scrunching up.
"You think that souls are that unimportant??"
"Why wouldn't they be, I am perfect without one, you'll be fine without one."
"My soul is currently replacing my heart, you taking it would kill me!"
"Don't be mellow dramatic. I don't have a heart either and here I am. You'll be fine."
"I can't take off my limbs either... how did you even survive getting your body-less head getting kicked into the sky?"

I'm still the only guy writing these. Oh well.

I'm honestly surprised this AU is still so fun to work for. I've made many other puppets with much more ambition behind them, but ultimately they weren't very good. That's not a beautiful sentiment by any means. I'm just an inconsistent artist lmao.

Though I will say that this community is a disease. Not really a good disease but not really a bad one either. I can't just say "I'll never get sick again". Eventually I WILL have an idea after putting so much time into brainstorming something like this. It's just instinct. Now I can't speak for myself 10 years from now. I'll eventually grow bored and make other things. Other things I may even be more proud of than what I have now. That's life, but at least I'll be able to look back on it and say "Damn, I had fun making this shit?"

Keep the pipes flowing and shit. I don't really care. But as a little word of advice that this community desperately needs, don't underestimate passion. Passion's what makes art good. Not just puppets or aus but literally anything. Make something you're willing to learn skills for. Something you're willing to rack your brain over for hours on end. You're not going to be on par with your muses but who cares? You're young. You'll learn. If you follow that advice I'll be able to drop a full scale monologue abt the puppey pipeline without silently shaking my head in disapproval.
