My musical variety is quite diverse, as you can see in my repertoire. But to me, good music is not defined by genres or styles. I like to play whatever touches my heart, makes my heart skip a beat or creates an unstoppable feeling of yearning for the dance floor. And this is the very message I wish to share with my audience.

Whatever I play, whenever I play, I always put my heart and soul in it. Always trying to convey a message of love, light and joy. I am inspired by many great names and truly appreciate the artists producing the wonderful sounds of the world. This creates an outlet for me to share my message.

Music connects people, creates meaningful relationships and sheds some light on the dark days we sometimes experience. I believe every person is able to create and shape like an artist, we just need to open our eyes and hearts to see the endless possibilities.

We are happy to welcome him to our family, and we hope you enjoy this mix as much as we do!

Happy Basscoast packing! Longwalkshortdock Sort of DJ's at Recovery Room 2017. Its more like playing some music than DJing but...I just found this recording and had fun listening to it so here you go. There's a few errors in it and some jamming wankery etc, but its a live recording from a very casual environment. Mike Batmanian (known as MkO, pronounced Muh-Koh) is a Los Angeles based DJ and Co-Founder of SBCLTR LA. MkO began his musical career in 2010 with a weekly bar residency in his hometown until his latter in music grew on a larger scale. MkO has since played alongside some prominent names in house music such as Yokoo, Atish, Nico Stojan, Matthew Dekay, Stavroz, Chaim and many more. Today, MkO’s spotlight as an emerging artist is one to look out for as his distinct style of deep melodic house creates an extraordinary dance floor journey.  

In 2016, MkO and his partners created the music platform SBCLTR LA. SBCLTR has since made a great impact in LA’s underground industry through the curation of special experiences in music and hospitality. SBCLTR hosts unique talent, caters to critical thinkers and attracts innovators to create a conscious and enlightened society.

Mitch Oliver’s goal is to share his passion for music, one beat at a time. Fascinated by music at a very young age, he is often described as a music curator with is versatile and flexible sound. What matters to him is that the music contains a melodic groove, filled with emotions. Over the last three years, Mitch has played in renowned clubs in Montreal while pushing his own events: Aurora. Mitch Oliver is now devoting all of his time into music production and has just completed a yearlong intensive program to become a sound engineer.
