The original version of this song is a livejam I played with my laptop sitting on a bed on extasy in my favorite WG in Berlin back in 2013.
I spent a lot of time in this appartment with by favorite people.

For hours I sat on a bed working on this beat and at some point one of my friends came back. He took MDMA before aswell and sat right next to me. In this moment I arranged this song on the fly...played with the elements and filters and we both just sat there listening and experiencing the moment.

I built up tension until the break and lowered the filter for quite some time. At some point it was almost silence. Then I suddely dropped the high melody sound and we both would just look at each other kinda shaking with goosebumps.

I did not record that version and obviously the MDMA did its part but that moment was intense.
I tried to replay that arrangement later but it didnt really work.

This version is close but not close enough.
Still worth sharing maybe...
