"We are pleased to welcome a new project on the Noir Side of Polyptych. Avidor is a young project of Sergio Avila a.k.a. Aradya and Daniella Bjarnhof, who started his journey in the summer of 2022. Sergio is a successful American DJ and producer with releases on labels such as UV Noir, Phobiq, Freegrant Music, Balkan Connection, Syncopate, and many others. Daniella, in turn, is a representative of the European side (namely Denmark), which has already made a great statement on dance floors around the world, including the Ritter Butzke Сlub, Distortion Festival, Omega Festival, and many others. And now, representatives of the Old and New Worlds have united again to present us with their new release "Virgo". These are two tracks imbued with a bright and dynamic progressive house sound with melodic techno elements, complemented by a rich synth sound and an exciting mood. The release also includes a remix from the founder of the Sunexplosion label, as well as the artist of the labels Parquet Recordings, Perspectives Digital, Mango Alley, and many others - Cary Crank.

☞ About the set
After the "The Balance" EP was signed with the renowned label Einmusika Recordings,
with three tracks on it, he produced within three weeks an additional six songs specifically for this event, which he then converted into his live set. The live set follows the sequence of the EP, culminating in a grand finale with a monumental last track. From the very first song, R.EK showcases his extraordinary interpretation of techno music with melodic approaches.

☞ About the event
In no time after finalizing the signing for R.EK's EP project, the eagerly anticipated release party was ignited by R.EK himself, alongside the illustrious Hive Club Zurich and the distinct party label Grundton.
Impeccably curating the lineup holds great significance for R.EK, driven by his unwavering dedication to greeting the audience with invigorating and soul-stirring melodies, ultimately guiding them towards an exhilarating crescendo.

For the release party, which took place on the Tanzifloor, R.EK invited the following artists and DJs:

With this carefully curated lineup, the release party promised to be an unforgettable night of musical diversity and captivating performances.

☞ The «Balance» EP
For the Original Track «The Balance» he teamed up with swiss singer and producer Natascha Polké. It's a beautiful, melodic and calm journey with her outstanding voice
and a lot of little details. "Behind" is more groovy and reduced yet driving and with a catchy lead line. On top, he added a remix by Thomas Schwartz and Fausto Fanizza which works for the club with a strong beat and deep bassline.

First time at the new Madhouse on the 6th floor overlooking the port area of Beirut. This is the 4th warmup for Cosmic Gate in over 20 years, sound has obviously changed so we've all adapted to a deeper, more trippy/suspenseful sound with loads of new tracks and a few classic remixes for good measure. 
Big thanks to FiveOutManagement for making this event happen especially reuniting the OG ravers from the late 90s/2000s even those with kids got this one night/morning to release and relive their lives.
