Hush represents Isaac suffocating in his chest, you can hear him struggling to breathe.

hush is actually kinda easy in my opinion. mostly because its a pre-womb boss but its attacks are always dodgable and fair to avoid. unless it hirs you with the continuum+laser pillars tho.
