King Of Lies

Ants On A Cosmic Rock is a alternative metal project founded by Arghyadeep and Souradeep Mitra in 2021. Their music lives at the convergence of the gritty stripped down music of the Nu-Metal and Alternative movements from the 90's and early 2000's and the more avant garde forms of metal influenced by the Progressive/Djent scene of the later 2010's. Ant's music is built up on Arghyadeep's hard driving guitar work interspersed with unconventional structure and layering, glued together with Souradeep's genre-crossing vocal lines and melodies, with lyrical content ranging from dark storytelling to depictions of human struggle and vulnerability.
