In dieser Nacht sind mir viele Emotionen hochgekommen. Nicht chaotisch, sondern ehrlich. Ich habe gemerkt, dass es mir nicht darum ging, sie rauszuschreien oder zu zerlegen, sondern sie in Einklang zu bringen. Also habe ich aufgehört, sie zu bewerten, und angefangen, ihnen Raum zu geben.

Dieses Album ist daraus entstanden. Aus dem Versuch, innere Spannung in Harmonie zu verwandeln. Klavier und Streicher tragen diese Gefühle, manchmal schwer und dunkel, manchmal ruhig und fast zerbrechlich. Nicht, um zu überwältigen, sondern um auszubalancieren. Um aus Gegensätzen etwas Gemeinsames zu formen.

Es geht mir nicht um Perfektion. Es geht um Harmonie. Um den Moment, in dem alles, was sich innerlich widerspricht, plötzlich zusammenpasst. Wenn Musik nicht beruhigt, aber ordnet. Nicht glättet, aber verbindet.

Diese Tracks sind keine klassischen Geschichten. Sie sind Zustände.
Festgehalten in einer Nacht, in der viel in Bewegung war – und genau dadurch seinen Platz gefunden hat.

The Beast of Beauclair

Atriox and the banished are a dark, gritty and powerful enemy, arguably one of the toughest opponents the UNSC has encountered to date - and they are also a very intelligent and nuanced group. We wanted to craft a sound scape that captured the raw power and brutality of the banished warlords, while simultaneously underscoring their complexities with beautiful orchestral details and bespoke musical sound design.  In this specific cue, we use powerful tribal drums and high tech electronic percussion to create an intense rhythmic foundation. Heavy brass and layered synths augment the rhythm with explosive stabs, expressing dread and fear, while strings add tension and color to create contrast.
