Musical Soulmate (Original) - For Chantelle.

A little something I made for Anusha's birthday. It was just a melody that came to me after listening to The Gymnopedist by Jono Mccleery on loop for an entire night. I just played a few chords and sang the melody on top of it, nothing elaborate, took 8 hours of work. A lullaby of some sort I guess.

One for the rains and close friends, lovers, family, pets, or anyone that makes things alright in your life. We wrote this in Pondicherry last November (floody days).

It's been a while since we've uploaded something. 

This is the first song that we wrote about a character, and not necessarily ourselves, whose life is a complete mess and that there's no hope for him/her, and it all spirals inwards towards a cathartic implosion (almost sounds like a prog rock song description). Yeah, we like our dark themes.
But we recently recorded Blood, one of our favourites, at Cotton Press Studio with Abhinav on bass, and it turned out so great...head over to youtube to check out the video! Definitely watch in HD and use headphones please :)
