From the release of "RAIN on Terrain Rings Mainly in the TRAIN", by Dave Vosh (synthesizers) and Ken Moore (gongs and percussion) with the added sound effects from a field recording of a train in NE Ohio. We are hoping to expand our audience by moving away from just synth and gongs, which previous Safe Creations albums have been, and making the listening experience more of an adventure. -ACS

7 D Eruption (Train)

Dave Vosh and Ken Moore have worked with Daniel Barbiero in the past, usually with Dan's double bass. This time, the trio of experimental musicians have used only synth sources to create this abstract project. Their previous album, released on Pan y Rosas, was entitled "Transparent Points on Four Axes".

This is the first time the 8 oscillator synthesizer made by Acoustic Imagineering has been used on an album by Ken Moore. The new album from Anvil Creations Studio has two other tracks using Short Stories, and three using Emu Systems Emax sampling keyboard.

Myriad Of Fireflies

This track is a live performance from the Gong Room at ACS, plus an additional track added from the Short Stories Synthesizer. It is the shortest recording on the newest album from Anvil Creations Studio, "Vast Din". Vast Din is solely performed by Ohio-based artist, Ken Moore, and is the first album to boast improved sonic enhancements from Focusrite's Scartlett 2i2 computer interface, using Ableton Live.

1 Gong Room Story

Taken from the early Heavy Metal series, "July Still" is a track from SpoTs, an album that is similar to Morning Creations, which combined tam-tams with the Moog Sonic 6 synthesizer. On this album, SpoTs has an added element for electronics: the Short Story synthesizer, invented by Allen Myers. All sounds created and performed in the Anvil Creations Gong Room.

4 July Still

The opening track for a newly released album by Ken Moore from Anvil Creations called, "Dream Catcher". All sounds created from acoustic sources. Haunting Of The House

Metal balls rolling and bumping one another in the well of an inverted gong. These balls have tines inside, with tiny ball bearings that make their own sound as well. An ordered arrangement from chaos. Check out other interesting tracks from G-Key 64" on MooreMyers.bandcamp.com
