Despite the Oceanside Spider House being indeed an underground shelter, as it is two basement floors deep, like Pinnacle Rock's lowest depths, it does not offer any protection for Link in the event the Moon crashes into Termina.

Realistically, some fans claim that if Link did survive the inital fiery shockwave by the Moon's collision course, almost certainly the shelter itself would collapse entirely on top of the hero.

Swamp Spider House

The Inner Palace Gardens are patrolled by Deku Palace Guards who Link must walk past without getting spotted. If a guard does see Link, they will blow their whistle and toss him out of the palace. At nighttime, it is easy to distinguish what the guards can see, as their vision is highlighted by a series of small dots.
