After the success of last year's compilation Paloma Vs. Virus 003, beloved Berlin club Paloma's label imprint readies a weighty follow up, named Paloma Vs. Virus 005 as our struggle against the pandemic still continues. Again the music was gathered from Paloma's vital network, representing the club's renowned diversity with a plethora of sounds by established and up-and-coming artists.

LNCY001 is music for the megalopolis. Title track ‘Cobwebs of Blood’ is brief but bloody affair, a feverish dreamspace of inverted nightmares. A divine comedy of lacerated lust. A visceral affair, the A2 invokes the fleshy body horror Cronenberg without breaking stride. Young’uns take note: this is a masterclass of retrograde futurism. A high NRG macro trip ‘Sweet Chainsaw’ is the coronary artery of the bustling cityscape capturing the pulsating romance of the underground: a frenzied maze of industrial estates, a reclamation of the forgotten spaces, and above a call to arms - let’s be having ye.

This is a feeling which DJ Frankie continues to thread on the flipside, balancing the serious futurism of US electro with the nostalgic optimism of UK hardcore. Re-historicising seemingly disparate strands of electronic music into something of a ‘Raver's Guide’ - The Future Sound of the Past.

In essence, ‘Cobwebs of Blood’ is an ode to dunted dancefloors - for those looking to escape & those looking to connect. Big luv to all the original party crews and dancefloor young teams who have kept the fire at 38 Gower Street burning for seven years.

For this 13th Premiere of 2022, we have a track by US Electro Producer "Terrestrial Access Network" titled ‘Slow Fall’ from his long-awaited forthcoming EP "Distant Lands" on the Dutch newcomer label : LDI Records.

LDI Records is a Dutch record label specialized in moody, dark and atmospheric electro. The name comes from the abbreviation of Lloyd’s Dark Imperium.
The label was created in 2021 by Erik Griffioen aka Lloyd Stellar with a focus on vinyl (Clone Distribution), but LDI will also be represented in the digital world.

"Terrestrial Access Network - Distant Lands EP" will be available from January 24, 2022 in 12" Vinyl.

For their 4th release LDI Records present the debut solo EP from Texan electro producer Terrestrial Access Network – Distant Lands. The release is drawn from the artist’s shifting and hectic nomadic existence around the rattling expanse of the United States presenting 5 original cerebral electro tracks, backed up with a spooked out remix from Delsin Records’ Versalife aka Conforce.

Based in Austin, Texas, a city famous for its hyper-vibrant creative musical scene, Terrestrial Access Network feeds from the energy of this environment just as much as the desert that surrounds it. His day to day life involves traveling for near constant work projects – spending days and weeks away from home in what is a hectic lifestyle. In the feelings he channels when writing Distant Lands – he is pulled back towards the energy of the serene and calm landscape while on the road dealing with an unsettled nature of life and his profession.

Terrestrial Access Network began releasing music as recently as 2019 with tracks picked up for compilations on Swiss label Dionysian Mysteries. With a sound that is expert at creating powerfully immersive heads down moments for the dancefloor TAN has driven this EP with an ever present and intoxicating mechanical funk.
