Stone Cold Crazy

The first cover song I recorded was always going to be a Queen song, but I wanted to do something a little different.

After searching the internet I found the original vocal tracks. Using the original vocals Sakito and I went about recording the rest of the instruments. It was great recording with the original Queen vocals. However to give it an added twist I also found a rare recording of the vocals from a live version of the song by Metallica…

So on the last verse you can hear Freddie Mercury, James Hetfield with Sakito and I…

I have rewritten some parts quite a lot but I hope you enjoy our version of Stone Cold Crazy.

I’m sure it infringes on every copyright in the book, but hey, its just for fun.

最初のカバー曲は絶対にQueenだと決めていました。尚且つ、単なるコピーではなく自分のオリジナリティーをプラスして。
インターネットを検索してオリジナルのヴォーカルトラックを発見した事から始まり、このヴォーカルを使用し、その他の楽器演奏は全て早人と自分でレコーディングしました。オリジナルのフレディーのヴォーカルに合わせてレコーディングするのはとても特別なものでした。
そして、ちょっとしたユーモアも加える為に、実はMetallicaのライブ映像からJames Hetfieldのヴォーカルも加えてあります。（ファンの方はご存知の通り、MetallicaもStone Cold Crazyをカバーしていてライブでも演奏しているんですね）
最後のヴァース部分ではFreddie Mercury、James Hetfield、早人と自分が一緒に演奏しているかのようです。
いくつかのパートはかなりアレンジしています。皆さんにこのStone Cold Crazyを楽しんで頂けたら幸いです。
オリジナルのヴォーカルを使っているとなると法律書籍では著作権が…..という事になるのは承知ですが、全くもって営利目的ではないし！真のファンのトリビュートということで‼︎
