Apachi Records was founded in August 2016 as a home for unique electronic music by Kenyan Music Producers. This playlist contains all the Apachi Records releases from August 2016. when it was formed until August 2022 when it was shut down indefinitely. Muhogo heavily samples Muhogo wa Jang'ombe by Bi. Kidude. It was meant to be a part of some music that we (Dvbliew and some other people) were creating as Mkobani, a collective of musicians who were looking to fuse Taarab and RnB into TaaRnb.

However, dvbliew left the collective after differences with the organisation under which Hadithi Hangouts, the conception point of the idea, was. The organisation is Santuri East Africa. Here is the instrumental version.

Indeed we need to take time and accept each one another despite of their religion, ethnicity, tribe, background and especially race.

The words 'Nakupenda' as heard in the song is a Kiswahili terminology meaning Love.

This song all the way from Karen, KENYA tries to tie one down and meditate on the past and future events that we need to take into consideration and take action.
