Shake It Freestyle

Arise is an EP about the brain, anxiety, ecstasy, conflict and facing depression, a concept born during the pandemic and finished this year, as I learned how to produce instrumental electronic music and honed my skills (still a work in progress, as we always are). 

All those things might sound depressing, but the idea was to actually face depression doing something that sounds like it came from space, movies, games and the 80s in the most headbanging, groovy possible way. It became a workout song for many of my friends or something to listen to while playing games, some are more dancey, some are heavier. I decided to share them, one by one. I hope you enjoy it, this is the first one - Rush.

In the ebbs and flows of my brain, this one represents my hyperactivity and restlessness; how possible it is to go from one happy place to darker places in the blink of an eye.
