MADE OF STONE-

Someone says to write a song about my front porch ambience.  Well, as they left..... I did.  The swing still squeeks the same, but the crickets can be heard.  The sweet conversation was missing.  Many Good-Byes have been heard on that porch.

Good bye In

We were in Northern Canada fishing on a float plane trip.  It was rainy and cold for 3 days....the nights were dark....we played cards for days because fishing wasn't possible.   Well, my husband came in and says...."it may be rainy and cold but we are gonna be okay."  He says, "The Beers COLD and on ice!"  Well, i turned it into a song.  Life goes on, and there's more fish in the sea they say.
