A very rough unfinished remix of E.T by Katy Perry. Just putting this up here so people can hear what I've done so far, but I don't have a whole lot of time to work on personal stuff atm due to having to keep my composition hat on for uni. Hope you enjoy and lemme know what you think so far. =)


Katy Perry - E.T (apertje remix)

This is a piece that I have composed for a uni project. It was created to fit over a stop motion video of New York City by Jesse Kopp, and although I have his permission to use the video for my project, I do not have his permission to upload the final video to the internet. This is the final track though, I hope you enjoy it. =)

apertje - Park and Ride

Bounced version of a live mix by me, featuring live vocals by Stacey Jane, that was performed at the Lancaster Uni AV Event on 01/06/2012.

The piece as a whole was performed using Ableton Live, a Launchpad, and LaunchControl (software that I have designed to use with the Launchpad). The mix consists of a sample based performance, followed by two tracks, 'Polar' and 'Traffic Signs', both of which have been edited to fit the time span of the performance.

This is not an exact representation of my performance at the AV Event as the effects and sampling were improvised live.
