German composer Feixel has been working towards a Kingsway volume since sending us some examples of his work out of the blue and impressing everyone with his sonics, approach to composition, and abilities on a number of instruments.

RC 20 Presets Vol.5 highlights the intricate textures, color and noise of recording equipment such as microphones, preamps, tape machines, fuzz and distortion pedals and even the reverbs used to capture audio in the late 60's, and early 70's. I choose to focus this volume on the instruments in specific Soul, Gospel and Library recordings that grabbed my attention from 1967' to 1972'. Recorded and processed thru all vintage equipment from that era with guitar amps such as the Sunn, Panameric and Silvertone. Guitar pedals like the Maestro Rhythm &amp; Sound, Mu Tron Phaser, Boomerang Wah, A/da Flanger, and all sorts of vintage preamps and microphones that really give each sound its own distinct character, saturation, warmth and color you cant achieve in the box.
