In the cinema of childhood
one can get bored hard
But sometimes, a lucky moment—
A day at the fairground.
Raising and lowering the plane,
With an easy lever,
The precious rag in our hands,
And our eyes light up.

All our victories are trivial,
But what joy in that sensation,
taking oneself for the hero,
feeling like Santos-Dumont.
I grabbed the Mickey’s tail,
This time , I did it,
Snagged the Grail, the prize,
No more spinning in circles.

At the age of love’s parades,
Turning and dancing in discos,
All the dancers spinning round,
Looking to make a conquest.
beating around the bush
Awkward and clumsy,
when smiles finally meet,
 The ship can sail.

All our stories are temporary,
But what joy in that sensation,
feeling handsome in the mirror,
feeling like Alain Delon.

Following the release of The Rising Sun's orchestra version, which was basically an experiment, I decided to bring new versions online for The Suns set featured in The People of The Sun. They are still true to their original synthwave versions, but arranging a piece for orchestra is a completely different thing, so there are adaptations and new parts too, which I like.

The Falling Sun is a more dramatic counterpart to The Rising Sun, and they work in tandem. The latter representing our rise, the first representing the subsequent fall. I do not intend to remake the whole People of the Sun album in orchestral form, only the Sun songs. I hope you enjoy this one, because damn, it was a struggle to make, but I'm ultimately happy with how it turned out - a far superior version to the original one, I must say.

My third (and final) installment for the poem "Rumors from an Aeolian Harp" by Henry D. Thoreau. This time exceptionally angelic vocals were embedded in some lush ambient 'beds'. I know that an aeolian harp's basic construction is the only similarity to 'regular' harps. These are played by hand, while the aeolian ones are solely chiming through the movements of air. But --well-- I love the sounds of an acoustic harp ...

This is my first attempt at mixing my own track. I've tried to recreate something of the flavour of an indigenous tribe's shamanic ceremony, using my own chanting, drumming and gourd rattling, and with some help from conga drums, cowbells and rainsticks samples. It's a bit wobbly and rustic in parts, but so are these improvised events... often.  Anyway, I do hope to improve if you'll bear with me and I would welcome any constructive criticism.

Desert lament

Being musician and artist "since ages", the last two decades and all the developments in digital music broadened my interests and activities in doing music actively and passively. Not being shy of any genre (OK, leave off some Punk and Extreme Metal derivates) I engage in composing, arranging, mixing and collaborating. 

Oh, and I do all my artwork and designs as well. And as you may notice I regard AI as a friendly helper.
