A folky tune 'bout waves at an Italian shore. Again, AI helped in creating the basics (in this case it was SUNO, doing instruments, vocals and lyrics). Since their rendition came with some freewheeling pauses and changes of tempi (which all are fine in creating an organic sounding track), it took a bit more "fiddling" with the parts, but I consider this labour as fun. I wanted to add (aka replace) the original drumming, so some time shifting had to be applied. And still there are remains of sloppiness, adding to a carefree listening ...

Based on a magnificent text by Marie-Françoise Barreau-Delapierre-Loussot on the 1978 sinking of the AMOCO Cadiz near Portsall, Brittany. This followed the sinking of the Torrey Canyon (March 1967), the Olympic Bravery (January 1976) and the Boehlen (October 1976).

All the seagulls and cormorants
Seemed drowned in the bad weather.

A tanker with a broken rudder
Impossible to tow
A rock ripped open its bulkheads
The cargo dropped its poison.
