Novakk and Locati are already part of the Surrrealism family. Bringing a breath of fresh air through a breakbeat that will deeply stir your emotions. “The Ness” is a return to the origins, where the heart beats strong every time memories flood us with happiness and unforgettable moments.

Hamoon and Maicol MP have joined forces to give a blow on the table. Emerging talents that fit in with the dancefloor philosophy. “Lilac Flame” captures you from start to finish with elements of power and depth that exalt the taste for dance music. Close your eyes and let yourself go.

LERM and Āemygdala lay down their law with an iron fist. Displaying their energetic style, they combine their dynamic concepts to create a majestic piece. They make the synthesizers roar to squeeze the juice of melodies that make the neurons vibrate. “Disurbia” is ready to be served on the best sound systems.

Raffaele Marchitelli and Maurice Kaar nail the first bass drum like a stab. With no time for speculation, they introduce us to the dark cavern. The voice that guides you into the darkness and a back-and-forth of malevolent, mystery- laden sounds. “Pairs of Opposites” is about dark rooms and a lot of smoke.

Indiveed brings the show to a close. The talented artist serves us a track with a dynamic rhythm and straight to the point. Powerful bass lines accompanied by a vocal that guides you through this beautiful story to land with frenetic pads. “Monumental” is the perfect ending to this journey.

K + E met on a summer day in the marshes of East London, and became friends over their shared love of aubergines. Kim makes visceral abstract paintings and video installations, while Ely is doing a PhD in linguistics. Recently they embarked on a sonic journey together, selecting musical ingredients from around the world, slow-cook sounds and deep groovy rhythms.

We are about to close a very special month to us. The fourth month in the chapter 2019 of The Book of Babylon. April.. It was beautiful in so many ways. 

It marked the month that we took our musical events into silence for our first meditation retreat. It marked the month that we announced the first DJ for our Monastery this year. It marked the month that we gathered for a royal celebration like none other. 

It was a month full of love, music, memories and so many emotions that it almost brings tears to our eyes. What other option do we have then to go online with an extraordinary set on its final day.

We chose to close the month with the Colombian beauty called Eli Light. For years now actually we have almost worshipped her music selection. Patiently waiting until the moment would arrive that we could work with her. Until we could bring her to Babylon. And it has arrived... 

Enjoy a trip through music.

After having landed one of the biggest tech house tunes in the early past Sebastian and Volker, better known as Raumakustik, are back in the game with their current anthem „Dem A Pree“. Being #1 on several Beatport Charts (Jamie Jones, Green Velvet, Martin Solveig) and also being featured by Fatboy Slim or Laid Back Luke (just to name some of them) made them grow quick in the past months. The Dresden based producers and DJ’s combine underground tech house with techno which creates their very individual Raumakustik sound. Percussion Grooves that make you move and catchy melodies that’ll be stuck in your head are the base for every musical outlet of the German duo. None other than Jamie Jones chose their music to be released on his label Hot Creations, which is another big supporter besides labels such as Toolroom, Suara or Formatik. Even Pete Tong, Technasia or Lee Foss are in it celebrating Raumakustik’s tunes playing them in clubs around the world. 
New originals and remixes and also some collaborations are in the pipeline so be prepared for some hot stuff coming in the future – you’ll definitely dance!
