Voodoo Vibe - Tommycutztrees

Seb Zito is at the epicenter of the global underground. He has lived and experienced all the key musical movements of the last 30 years, from sweaty raves to pirate radio, US garage and UK house, to classy European minimal and sleek modern techno. With such a widened palette for sounds and styles, he crafts his sets with these experiences in mind to create a unique offering that sets him apart in the world of dance music. “My aim is to make people dance with tracks that go off on the floor,” he says, “but with a sprinkle of those emotional moments that bring out those special feelings.” His dancefloor educating has taken him across the globe, from the darkest basements to biggest festival stages; Space Miami and one of the original FUSE residents, Fabric night curator, WHP Manchester, Studio 338, Elrow and most sound systems around the White Island of Ibiza have all had the pleasure to amplify Seb’s sounds. In the studio, his style is best categorized under irresistible groove, which has taken his music to most of the leading dance music labels across the world. His innate desire to not be constrained by styles or genres, to push outside of his comfort zone and disrupt expectations will forever encapsulate and keep dancers on their toes.

Following on from the very positive reception and feedback received on our first compilation last summer, we continue forward with the next the release! 

Once a year we will comprise a range of tracks developed by our friends from the dance floor, near and far. 

Introducing Small World Compilation: Vol.2.
A 10 track VA featuring talented artists from across the globe. This release is a continuation of the concept behind this project which is to convey the sounds from kindred dance floor spirits that align with our ethos and sculpt the Small World sound. 

Each track unique in its self, this VA Meanders through different avenues, some gritty and energetic, some lucid and rolling. Carefully curated to comprise something over all flowing.

The compilation also includes a free mega-mix when purchased in full! A rolling recording of all the tracks featured on the VA mixed by our resident Alix.
