Hi folks! This is a pretty big moment for me, as it is the first time since early 2019 that i sit down and create and finish an entire piece of music!!!!

This a demo track for the brand new OPS7 synth plugin by Plogue Art & Technologie from Montreal. They make awesome, bit-accurate reproductions of old hardware ranging from the NES, SNES, Sega Genesis/Megadrive to this BEAST which recreates the classic sounds of an 80's juggernaut, the Yamaha DX7!

All the bass sounds, the kick and snare, and all the synth sounds were made with this plugin. I heavily processed, mangled and resampled the sounds for maximum heaviness and impact!

I have wanted to make a Genesis/Mega Drive DnB tune for a while, so the convenience of having THAT sound in a plugin is extremely appealing!
Of course all the sounds are heavily processed, but everything except the percussion loops and FX (impacts, wooshes, etc.) come from the plugin!
