You Lose My Mind is a song about someone who drives you crazy. We loved the idea of making a song with just one line and play around with different sounds to give it different meanings. We wanted the song to be both melancholic and hopeful. We feel like we managed to do just that. Like you could be crazy in love with this person, maybe this someone drives you crazy in other ways or it could be something more like dreaming of meeting someone who makes you lose your mind. For the production we wanted something resemblant to a mantra, and therefore we came up with this arpeggio thing that pretty much goes through the whole song. Almost like it’s going round and round in your head.
