London DJ and producer duo @faffldn return with 'Chiaroscuro', a new EP landing via their newly rebranded label and party, Forever. Shaped by months of live performance and deep dancefloor testing, the EP captures FAFF’s signature sound: plush, a little emosh, and drawing on breaks, acid, prog, techno and house, all built to make you move.

DJazz’s first release of the year offers a rich melange of atmospheric electronica, house, acid-house and techno sounds. ‘7AM In Bangkok’ a four-track EP, serves as an ode to DJazz’s travels through Thailand and Vietnam, and perhaps to his first-ever psychedelic experience. The artwork reflects what he envisioned during his psychedelic trip.

A. DJazz Goes Bangkok: Produced around vocals from Lsan Lam Plearn by Angkanang Kunchai (Thailand’s Prodigy Singer), originally released in 1975. The tune blends slow atmospheric vocals and raw synths, all produced within five-minutes.

B. Poosanisa's Story: First conceived during DJazz’s psychedelic trip, the tune is an attempt to recreate the vivid sonic experience. The track is split in three sections, the opening carries a synthwave-esque groove, the second leans into a more house-driven direction, whilst the final section is boasts a 303 bassline.

C. Miss Saigon: A straight-forward yet expansive house & techno cut. ‘Miss Saigon’ features the monochord, a traditional string instrument played in Vietnam. The track consists of an acid bassline, 808 drums, and delayed synths delivering a holistic sonic experience. The longest DJazz’s track ever-yet.

D. DJazz Goes Bangkok (Four on the Floor Mix): ‘DJazz Goes Bangkok’ is a short-versatile-atmospheric tune that could go any musical direction. This version reshapes the track into a house-driven format. The track features old skool drum loops, later joined with the spatial lush pads.

New York house guardian Eli Escobar drops 2 previously digital only albums simultaneously on as a double gatefold vinyl collection on Off Track.  ‘Once I Was Young’ & ‘The Airplane Album’ - move away from sampling and lean into more ambient and techno territories.

Eli Escobar has been at the heart of his native scene in New York as a DJ, producer and resident for two decades. He's sound embodies the grit and soul of the city, and his residencies at House of Yes and his own venue, Gabriela, have helped define the zeitgeist. He's a prolific producer and collaborator who already dropped his collaborative album Love Louder with Nomi Ruiz on Brooklyn juggernaut Razor-N-Tape in 2025, and has also landed on cult imprints like Classic, Permanent Vacation and his own Night People. He has a timeless sound rooted in authenticity and infused with many satellite styles. Now he drops a double LP of two albums - previously only available digitally - that find him expanding his musical reach and honing his production skills further than ever before. 

"These records were made in the same year and were made with a very similar creative process. I moved almost completely away from sampling, experimented more than ever with ambient and techno elements and used the album format as a way to tell a story about moments in my life." Says Eli.

‘Once I Was Young’ is a storytelling work that journeys through analogue synth-pop, modulated techno and raw, dusty drums with otherworldly melodies. Moments of beauty come through escapist, naturalistic ambient tracks and fusions of Kraftwerkian sequencing with more classical piano, while stark, club-ready grooves keep things moving. ‘The Airplane Album’ contrasts similar shades of light and dark, synthetic and organic, rough and smooth. Glitchy, imperfect analogue sounds, knackered drum machine grooves and eerie synth phrasing evoke a post-human world with icy atmospheres. Elsewhere, warmth comes from bittersweet melodies and loose, funky drums that ooze retro-future charm. These collections show a very different side to Eli Escobar, one that embraces introspection and experimentation while exploring a whole other world of meaningful machine soul.

PREMIERE: Ali Renault - Circle Of Sins

Operating at the intersection of club functionality and cerebral sound design, London-based artist Anoesis has steadily built a reputation for forward-thinking electronic music that feels as at home in the warehouse as it does in the headphones. Drawing on strands of techno, house, breaks and rave futurism, Anoesis’ productions are defined by tough rhythms, immersive atmospheres, and a restless, exploratory spirit. Here, we present his third EP for Cyphon and we find him in fine form. The ‘Idios Kosmos EP’ is a five-track statement that dives deep into Anoesis’ own sonic universe — dark, euphoric, twisted and intensely physical — designed for late nights, early mornings and everything in between.
Opening track ‘Idios Kosmos’ sees Anoesis in full nocturnal club mode. Tough, driving beats underpin shimmering strings and mechanical synth arpeggios, while a darker-toned, speaker-wobbling sub bass locks the track firmly into peak-time territory. ‘Reptile Skin’ pushes further into shadowy, other-worldly space. A rolling bassline and crunchy, propulsive groove form the backbone, while glitched-out sonic details and off-kilter processing inject a twisted edge that sounds immense on a big system.
Flipping over, we find ‘Feeling Go’ which picks up the pace and lifts the mood, combining a euphoric, looped-up vocal sample with a driving, housey groove. Tripped-out synth lines spiral overhead, delivering a rush of hands-in-the-air energy without losing the EP’s left-field sensibility. Next up ‘Big Noodle’ heads straight into breakbeat territory, chopping and reshaping classic breaks into a futuristic take on 90s rave. It’s high-energy, raw, and playful, fusing old-school reference points with modern production muscle.
Closing out the EP is ‘Lonely’, the gentler and more introspective finale. Pitched-up vocals, clipped beats, and scratched fills keep the rave DNA intact, but the mood turns inward, winding things down with a cerebral, reflective atmosphere that lingers long after the record stops spinning. ‘Idios Kosmos’ is a bold, cohesive release that captures Anoesis at his most confident — a deep dive into a personal club universe where darkness, euphoria and experimentation coexist.
