Jøshua is a Hamburg-based DJ and producer whose journey into electronic music began in his early youth at underground rave parties. Deeply influenced by the raw energy of those nights, he later shaped his sound through the vibrant underground scenes of Hamburg and Berlin.

Four years ago, he picked up his first DJ controller and instantly fell in love with the craft. What started as a passion for spinning tracks at private raves and intimate gatherings gradually evolved. Starting to produce his own music over a year ago ignited a deeper exploration and understanding of the world of sound design. Jøshua’s productions are defined by deep, hypnotic rhythms, pulsating beats, and immersive, dark atmospheres. His sets are designed to captivate the crowd, tell a story, and keep dancers locked in for hours. Always forward-thinking, his sound continues to evolve, pushing boundaries and crafting journeys on the dance floor.

Burner Mix II

Sometimes you just want to play everything that has shaped you without a strict concept, without genre boundaries, purely out of love and fun. That’s exactly how this set came to life. ✨

Five hours that show a different side of me: less strictly hypnotic, more housy, deep, oldschool, dreamy. A journey that floats somewhere between dancefloor energy and living-room vibe full of tracks that have been with me for a long time, and others that just slipped in naturally while playing.

I wanted to build a bridge between my deep, hypnotic sound and those housy, disco inspired grooves that always get me. A mix of immersive flow and uplifting, funky moments that move both mind and body.
And while so much of the scene is running towards faster and faster BPMs, I’ve been enjoying slowing things down a little. This whole trip sits around 128–130 BPM steady, groovy, giving space for the music to breathe and for the vibe to unfold.

For me, it was pure joy to just press record and let it flow, without overthinking where it “should” go. 

The result: a 5-hour ride through my musical love, playful and honest.
Take your time, dive in, let it carry you and enjoy it as much as I did recording it. ❤️

Playing at Kraftwerk was definitely one of the most special experiences for us this year! Opening for Amotik and Inox Traxx in such a unique location was a great challenge - one we enjoyed every second of. Venues like this make you feel like you can express yourself even more freely as an artist than anywhere else.
