I wrote this song over a year ago (late 2018) as I was sitting in my car, talking to God and looking out the window, unable to shake this crippling anxiety. Out of nowhere, or rather, out of that conversation with Him, these words and melody just came out: "Right now, I know I'm here with You." So this song was born.

Anxiety has marked a good portion of my life. And while Jesus Christ holds my life and my heart, there are moments where recalling what is true and beautiful just doesn't sink in. So, singing what is true works to call my emotions and heart to resonate, to settle, and acts like this lifeline to grab hold of in chaotic waters to pull me back into equilibrium, into belief. And there's this peace from the Spirit of God "greater than all understanding" to guard me in it. That's what this song is for 🖤
