Aaaqil Peterson known as "AP THE ANSWER" was born and raised in Detroit,MI on the westside with his Mother, older brother, and step-dad. AP grew up in several different neighborhoods throughout Detroit's westside and grown to know many and tell their stories as well as his own story. AP later meet his duo partner in crime Damon Grady known as "Sir Hawk" in 2011, where they began to make music together and start their careers as the Hip Hop/ R&B duo "Hawk & AP" they dropped their first mixtape "Take Off" that year. That same year they joined Top Shelf Entertainment but left the following year and dropped their well anticipated Mixtape "93: Who is Hawk & AP" and began to build the brand HGMG formally known as H.O.S.S. Gang Music Group. Almost two years later the Duo returned with their debut EP "Future Grammy Nominees". A year after that they decide to call it quits. Now AP The Answer is currently working with his Team on their debut project as well as his own project "Just Hear Me Out". Just wait and get ready for something fresh and epic.
