Smash The House label boss and half of legendary duo with Like Mike, Dimitri Vegas returns to his own imprint House of House alongside musical titan Steve Aoki and UK based selector Chapter & Verse on the energetic house banger, ‘Friends’!

House of House is Dimitri Vegas’ very own offshoot label and as part of the Smash The House family, is a weapon to elevate and push Dimitri’s constant evolvement which has currently taken a turn down a more, fundamentally, house-influenced, refreshing sound. ‘Friends’ is no different, as the tag-team give their updated rendition of a familiar dance classic by Justice & Simian, utilising the iconic vocal track and housing it within thumping and atmospheric house music production. 

Taking spinning, rising synthlines and muted kick-drums, its funky and jackin’-ready beat adds a groove that won’t hesitate to get bodies moving. Packing a punch with key stabs and rolling bass, come the breakdown, the rotating vocal of “We Are…” mesmerises the listener into an indoctrinated state. Euphoric yet weighty in merging the old and new school together, Dimitri Vegas and Chapter & Verse have brought their signature styles to the table.

Anvaya, Areublue, & Payal Jay all feature on this new EP for Indo Warehouse, which is one of the house world's most innovative and influential labels right now. Garba SZN 2 is the follow-up to last year's Garba SZN featuring Kahani and Kunal Merchant. These EPs are inspired by the rich musical traditions of Garba, which is a cultural dance celebrated across India during this time of the year.

Indo Warehouse is a fresh new musical movement in the States with a rich cultural sound drawn from label heads Kahani and Kunal Merchant's South Asian heritage. They define and curate each experience with South Asian-inspired artifacts and textures, soundtracked with hypnotic, emotive, and percussive grooves and the label is a perfect embodiment of what to expect from each.

Anvaya - Haa Re Maa opens up with a deep and spine-tingling mix of pads, organic percussion and deep drums that lock you into a hypnotic state. Areublue x Payal Jay offer Duha which is another deft and organic groove with ethnic pads and worldly melodies that bring fresh flavour to house music. Anvaya's Sona Keru then layers up lush strings and spellbinding vocals with tribal drums and the effect is stirring emotionally and physically.
