El fandango de la Mancha (The fandango from la Mancha)

Janusz Prusinowski (Gloria Artis medal of the Polish Ministry of Culture and Heritage, in December 2014; Annual Award of the Ministry in May 2015 in the category of traditional culture) with his band Kompania and Miguel Ituarte (Spain) meet in a inedit program, highlighting the popular roots of Chopin's music.

Janusz Prusinowski Kompania is the main reference in traditional music from Poland. Original from Mazovia, from where mazurka takes name, they join Miguel Ituarte, one of the most recognized pianists in classical music in Spain. Ituarte has got first prizes in some of the most prestigious international competitions and teaches at Musikene (Higher School of Music of the Basque Country) since 2001.
