‘Paris Walks’ es una composición de piano dedicada a los largos paseos que solía hacer cada vez que visitaba la ciudad de Paris. 

A los dieciséis años tuve un fuerte accidente de moto en el que me rompí la clavícula y tuve que hacer rehabilitación durante un tiempo. Más adelante, mi madre, una vez al año me llevaba a Paris a visitar una osteopata que ella conocía para que me revisara los huesos y asegurarse de que todo estaba en su sitio. 

Cada vez que visitábamos Paris, nos quedábamos unos días ya que a mi madre le encantaba ir de compras y recuerdo que nos pasábamos horas caminando. Muchos años más tarde volví a esta ciudad con mi pareja y también recuerdo otra vez esas largas caminatas. 

Aunque a veces me aburría de tanto caminar por Paris, ahora recuerdo estos largos paseos con un poco de nostalgia y quería componer una pieza de piano dedicada a aquellos tiempos por Paris caminando durante más de 4 horas y muchas veces mojándome bajo la lluvia. 

Aunque ya hace tiempo que no he vuelto a Paris, estoy convencido de que algún día volveré a caminar por sus calles.
