After I lost all of my work when my hard drive "exploded" I thought about quitting this music thing, or at least having some time off to cope with my frustration.. but nope, couldn't do it. So here I am with a new episode of FANTASMA. I know that I don't have an actual audience or anything like that, but in the end I really love doing this, so quitting is not an option for now. Here's a new one yall! Trying to keep the monthly episodes going, this time we have quite a trancey journey ahead. This is still a pretty diverse mix tho, with acid, driving techno, electro, etc, but after asking you guys on Instagram what kind of mix you wanted to hear, maybe I'll try a more genre-focused set for the next one. Happy new year yall! Starting 2024 with a new approach for the podcast, trying to incorporate more defined themes/genres for episode. This time we're going full on acid, with high energy 303s and oscilators conducting the journey. The opening track is a tribute to Traci Lords with an edit of "Control", the first electronic track I remember jamming to when I was a kid watching the first Mortal Kombat movie (definitely the movie I've watched the most on my childhood). Weird beeps and boops, vicious loops, lots of percussions and stumbling bass lines - this episode is fully dedicated to the groove lovers. Playing this set was a lot of fun and definitely something out of my comfort zone, but I was eager to try something new and give some spins on groove tracks I love. Hope you like it :)

For this episode I'm breaking some beats with a collection of super cool electro tracks and some other misc goodies I love. Always wanted to record an electro focused set since I've always been a fan of hip-hop, rap and funk, and electro as a dance music genre carries a lot from the same roots and mix all of this together in such an awesome way. Oh, and of course, you can expect a lot of techno-ish sounds on this too. Hope you like it and see you on the next one!

For this episode we had only one rule: it should make you BOUNCE. Pulsating bass lines, cheesy and catchy vocals (usually telling you to dance, of course), trancey uplifting synths and probably a neck pain for making your head bop up and down for 1 hour straight - if you're up for that, just hop in for a ride.

It has been a year since I started with this project, can you believe it? And to celebrate it I wanted to do something special - I gathered some beloved friends to a secret party on top of Sao Paulo, and by the way, this was my first set performed to a dancefloor ever. It can't get more special than this :)

Despite some thecnical issues (my controller bugged out heavily and started to change the right side's bpm by itself within the first minutes of set), I'm super stoked with the results. I hope you guys have fun like I did, and till next month ♥
