An impromptu version of Stormy Monday, originally by blues legend, T-Bone Walker, recorded with a very talented young guitarist in his teens and a septuagenarian on the harp. We found ourselves in a recording studio in 2009, never having met before with 30 minutes of prepaid studio time spare at the end of a session. We dived in and got this on the first take...

Aphrodite walks through snow, shivering, mysterious, alluring Goddess... This was commissioned to underscore a short film, "Aphrodite Snow" by Kath Burlinson.

A little homage to Eric Satie, a great favourite and inspiration. I like the languid, confused, melancholy feel of it reminiscent of an Arabesque and it's called Pyjama because I woke up with it in my head and by the time I'd worked it all out and recorded it, I realised I was still wearing them.
