Moscow Records’ first release of 2016 comes from label boss Archie Hamilton, remixed by Romanian talent Ali Nasser.

The title track on the A side is an uplifting piece of minimal house blending a familiar synth line with a trippy vocal and his characteristic groove.

Ali Nasser’s remix on the flip brings together both classic percussion and synth elements, in a contemporary style, constructing a timeless house classic.

Archie Hamilton is a name that has been cropping up a lot around London over the past few months. Here he presents his first solo release on 'moscow records', the imprint he co-founded and now acts as A&R for.

His previous output for the label was with the infectious "I Forget" on 'Introductions EP, Part 1...'. The track turned some respected heads including Terry Francis (fabric) and the boys from Jet Project (Get Physical), laying the foundations for his 'Two Time 12"'. With a pulsating groove at it's heart 'Two Time' undulates expertly from giddying peaks to deft drops. Constructed around an irresistible percussive template and Archie's expert use of sampling, this record is poised to deliver where it matters most - on the dance floor.

On the reverse, Inxec aka. Christopher Sylvester (Leftroom) gives his interpretation with his Timeline Remix. Chris opts to direct the rhythm into deeper territory driving the proceedings with a dubbed-out sub-bass sure to get the bins shaking, whilst injecting twisted melodic elements and pads for some added spice to mess with your head as well as your feet. Released as 300 exclusive limited-edition vinyls, followed by general digital release.

Radio Slave and Bushwacka! remix ‘Eye Of The Storm’ featuring vocalist and drum ’n bass royalty Onallee, with label boss Archie Hamilton serving up a fresh VIP mix.

This is the VIP mix. 

Taken from Hamilton’s debut album ‘Archive Fiction’, which dropped earlier this year on Moscow Records, ‘Eye Of The Storm’ featuring Reprazent artist Onallee, gets the remix treatment from two renowned producers with a reimagined garage inspired mix from the boss himself. Two acclaimed British artists, Rekids boss and esteemed remixer Radio Slave leads the release with Hamilton’s VIP mix alongside Olmeto and Plank Records owner and artist Bushwacka! 

Radio Slave’s remix of ‘Eye Of The Storm feat. Onallee’ opens with a thundering kick, haunting effects, rolling vox-cuts and rattling hats with an ecstasy inducing breakdown. Archie Hamilton’s VIP mix then goes down a classic bubbling bassline route, featuring crunchy cymbals and phasing synths when Bushwacka! then goes on to close the release with break styled drum programming, rumbling toms, zapping flute like samples and jungle shakers on his remix.
