Even though stardust clouds are the remains of violent star explosions, they teach us that after every death there is a new birth, a new beginning. We even owe our lives to this glorious cycle of stellar rebirth. The iron in our blood, the calcium in our bones, the building blocks of proteins, sugars and even our dna were once upon a time created in one of the infinite number of stardust clouds throughout our universe. This track is a reminder, that every single human being on this world is a result of a truly spectacular and mesmerizing stellar process. We are spectacular, don´t forget that!

Usually when I kill the repeat button on a track, at some point I have the urge to remix it, or in the words of Deadmau5, to "rework it". This was a very hard task, because you want to change an allready perfect track into something that´s at least good enough for the dance floor. I did my best, and this is how it sounds like. "Inspired by a cat" is a progressive house/melodic techno track that hit me out of nowhere, after watching a funny cat video online. And that is the beauty of it, even the small little things in life can resonate to such an extent, to give you inspiration to create art! From my point of view, that means that life with all it´s up´s and down´s, the crappy and the glorious moments, is simply precious, and that emotions are everywhere, whether we are waching a funny cat video on a magnificently boring day, or when we travel to an exciting destination or listen to our favorite dj.

I sampled most of the sounds myself using a Japanese Fender Stratocaster, so this is a big day for my guitar, a larger audince will be enjoying (hopefully)its tunes for the first time!

I fell in love with electronic music some while ago, while attending a Solomun set. Some years later, during the first lockdown, when we were forced to stay in our homes, I decided to use this time and try to learn how to create music that would cause an emotional rollercoaster to my audience, at least a fraction of what I experienced on that Solomun set from years ago.

My music style is dynamic, a little bit raw, with lots of harmony and loud punchy drops.

My biggest influences are Solomun, Tale of us, Deadmau5, and Stephan Bodzin.

I hope that all of you who are listening, enjoy the music I created and will be creating in the future.
