You Can't Predict The Absurd

Arconna are a four piece outfit from Peterborough who play an exciting blend of intelligently written post/alternative rock.
Last year the band made up of singer/guitarist Luke Danks, lead guitarist Chris Barn, bassist Greg Rawlinson and drummer Chris Drewery, burst back onto the scene (following a number of years in hibernation as singer Luke had been working overseas) with a new self funded EP, 
titled “Dispositions” and wowed local crowds with their energetic and passionate live shows.
They slowly built up a local following, and a string of live shows followed, including an end of year show at the O2 Academy 2 in Islington.
Local radio stations have been very supportive, in particular BBC Radio who named one of the tracks from “Dispositions” as their track of the week on their Introducing show.
In 2015 the band once again entered the studio, this time opting to self produce their second EP with new guitarist Chris Barn at Pretty Scary Productions.
The EP titled “In Following The Moral Compass” sees the band again taking a huge leap forward in terms of their songwriting capabilities and  the hope is that this will lead 
to bigger and better things.
With their debut album currently in the works and a UK tour at the end of the year, 2016 should hopefully see Arconna cement their position as one of the UK’s bands to watch.
