We were asked to do a guest podcast for Magnetic Magazine.  We used this podcast as an opportunity to show our audience music that has influenced us in the past and that influences us today. Ardency and Prep School Recordings are proud to present: "Foxfire"

FoxFire was written almost entirely using hardware synths and drum machines at Patrick Zappia's recording studio, Dolphin Studios. All of the sound design was created using a variety of synths from the 80's to today. The vocals were written and performed by John Tabler. 

With this song, we took a step in the direction that we've been trying to develop for a long time now.  Ardency was always envisioned to be a live project, our songs are written to be enjoyed in a live performance setting. We present Foxfire in anticipation of our fully immersive live show, including live music and live custom visuals.

Commandeur is a dance music project fronted by Tim Commandeur, drummer of the Australian band Panama. Tim put out his debut single "Wasted" over eight months ago and was kind enough to let us remix it.  We met Tim by a matter of chance on the internet and are so glad we were able to link up.  There are plans for an Ardency x Commandeur collaboration in the near future, so keep an eye out.
