Esta teoría explora la percepción paradójica de las similitudes entre robots y humanos. Este concepto está representado visualmente en la obra de arte, donde elementos humanos y no humanos se mezclan mediante técnicas de collage, desdibujando así la línea que diferencia a humanos y robots. Este volumen, después de tres entregas anteriores, introduce una influencia industrial moderna en el último lanzamiento de la serie.

This concept is visually represented in the artwork, where human and non-human elements are blended using collage techniques, thereby blurring the line that differentiates humans and robots. This volume, following three preceding installments, introduces a modern industrial influence to the closing release of the serie.

“Uncanny Valleys” compilation series is related to the theory introduced by japanese robotitian Mori Masahiro back in 1970, referring to the paradoxical perception of the existing similarities between robots and human beings.

This fourth opus serves as a closure to the series, focusing on rhythmic noise, experimental and techno. Opening with a mystic atmospheric track, it develops with a strong rhythmic noise grounding in the first part, before plunging into ritualistic, noise and experimental territories with a ligther cold-wave final note.

Taking a look at music that is influenced by a genre - Industrial-, created in the times where the concept of Uncanny Valleys was created, helps us to grasp the links between the theory and art, both inspired by the development of technologies and its influences on both personal and societal aspects.
