¿Qué hay en el deseo profundo 
de arrojarse al mar,
de dar el ultimo salto,
de cortar amarras & dejarse a la deriva?

¿De lanzarse a lo desconocido,
de arrojarse a la boca del lobo,
de liberarse de toda precaución
rápido & decididamente?

& todo responde:
no ha intentado escapar del peligro.

Pero, ¿qué hay en el deseo profundo
(esto no se halla escrito en ningún libro)
de pelear sin ninguna garantía
a sabiendas de la derrota,
de asomar las manos bajo la puerta,
de contemplar lo que te contempla,
de apostar a sabiendas
de lo inútil de la apuesta?

& todo responde:
ha salido directamente de su madriguera.
ha dimitido de su puesto.
ha escalado los muros afilados de la prisión.
ha alcanzado de nuevo la desnudez de esa naturaleza.

Recordad que un día
se perdió lo que se amaba,
que perdisteis todo cuanto fue amado.

¡Qué eternamente triste es
perder lo que se ama!
Tú también perderás lo que amas.

Estos sonidos & no su significado
nos alzarán siempre
& harán que nos dirijamos hacia aquello que nos llama.

La última amabilidad arrancada al desastre siempre se mantuvo cerca  
como una prueba del valor que persevera si permaneces atento
a la forma precisa del sueño en el intervalo difuso donde todo se pierde.
Te espero ahí, a lomos de mi sueño, donde todo se pierde.
Al otro lado de la ventana él encuentra la palabra 
cuando todo se pierde.

Shapes in the shadows that haven´t moved in years.
Hallway a dark road at night
& at the end of it, a still breath is heared
In the sitting dark
Staring a statue colored dog
& behind him a box
With frozen sides.

Tierra cubierta de nieve bajo un cielo gris,
caminos escondidos en el blanco.
Cables fríos se balancean & cuelgan en el aire.
Pura, vana oración. Ella sola muriéndose de hambre. 

El Hombre de Nieve se detiene & piensa:
un niño hace rodar tu cabeza
& tú te vengas
haciendo una bola más grande que él mismo.
Tus ojos sobrevuelan la bola.
En ese preciso momento el ángulo se congela.
 
El tejado de una casa. Caminar hacia la puerta.
Figuras en las sombras detenidas durante años.
El pasillo como una carretera oscura en la noche
al concluir se oye una respiración inmóvil
en la oscuridad asentada.
Mirando fijamente un perro del color de las estatuas, 
tras él, una caja
con los lados congelados.
