My friend Phillip Quinn and I decided to collaborate on a dark song, where he would use his gift with words to depict a character we created late one evening and I would give it a sound.  This track is the result, released for Halloween weekend.

Inertia (Demo Version)

Each element of our environment has a unique voice that is indistinguishable from yet essential to the perpetual symphony that always surrounds us.  It is this sentiment that I have tried to capture in this little project.  Synthesizers used include Massive and Zebra 2 as well as Logic's Alchemy and ES2.

Cover of Aesop Rock's "Zero Dark Thirty," released in 2012 on Rhymesayers. Big fan of Aes. I thought the lyrics had an anthemic quality and tried pairing them with some bigger synths I had been playing around with. Vox recorded in my closet with a Yeti Blue mic.
