When putting together tribute shows for our Bar Kylie Christmas event this year I was inspired to recreate (remix and extend!) the lush disco studio version of Can't Get You Out Of My Head produced by Steve Anderson, performed by Kylie at Global Citizen in 2021. I've had a great time dropping this into my sets this December and I hope you all enjoy my wee Christmas gift to you all <3 Oh... and you may spot a cheeky ABBA interpolation in there too ;)

What a gorgeous electronic production and vision he had for One Last Kiss before the Golden record's sonic vision took place! Melbourne based ARIA Club Chart DJ, Argonaut has spent the last fourteen years spinning across the city's clubs lifting roofs and turning up dance events with his brand of high-energy vocal commercial dance and house music.

Currently holding residencies at iconic queer venues POOF DOOF and Sircuit, Argonaut has played sets for countless Australian LGBTQI+ events across the country. Within the festival scene, Argonaut has played epic shows at queer stages at the Pitch Music & Arts, Beyond The Valley, Festival X, Wine Machine and Chill Out festivals. Career highlights to date include supporting RuPaul on her Australian tour and playing at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

Over the last seven years he has been the musical face as well as co-producer of the “Bar Kylie” dance party which has evolved from a small scale pop-up dance party to a nationally touring event, and a premiere event at each Mardi Gras. This side project lead to residencies at Arts Centre Melbourne and Geelong Arts Centre during their Kylie Minogue fashion exhibits.

As a producer, Argonaut has built a career on reworking pop hits into club-ready cuts for his dance floors, providing unique and signature Argonaut moments that have set his sound apart. His unofficial bootlegs for artists like Dua Lipa, Scissor Sisters, Kim Petras - and of course Kylie - have been streamed over 500,000 times and played far and wide by queer DJ peers locally and across the pond.

Faced with the COVID lockdowns in 2020 Argonaut quickly took his live shows and that of Bar Kylie to an online arena. These weekly live streams have reached audiences across the globe, clocking in over 500,000 views on Facebook and Twitch (and counting!) since March 2020.

Passionate about keeping crowds energetic Argonaut is focussed on presenting the finest in fresh dance music whilst commanding classic house vibes to keep his dance floors pumping!
