Our May podcast is out featuring Alessandro Mannella’s infamous techno project DAHRAXT! Born in Italy, now based in Berlin his sound is heavily influenced by UK techno and industrial soundscapes. Dahraxt expresses his skills as music producer, DJ and hardware live performer. He co-founded the techno collective ENIGMA and has outperformed most of Berlin’s techno temples, including Tresor, About Blank , Grießmühle and many other important venues across Europe, as well as in Mexico and Japan. We are excited to showcase DAHRAXT’s first set as Aria resident recorded from our night in March a mix of piercing industrial on ARIA Series.

DAHRAXT is a sonic warrior representing more than just a DJ, he incarnates Aria core values and his vision in the techno scene captivated us immediately. Devoted to music behind the decks he is well known for his eclectic vinyl sets.

Here comes a whistle-stop studio mix from an integral and well-loved Tbilisi local. Rodnevs (real name Saba Basiladze) is really just spreading his wings; he played his first dj set back in Beijing in 2018 but his Horoom debut was as recent as this October. He’s a DJ/Producer whose younger years were spent listening to classical, hip-hop and metal, a disparate mix of musical genres that have refined his approach to electronics. For him, groove is key. You’ll hear it in the serpentine rhythms of his first release (Space Fathers, 2022) and across his growing number of streamed sets, whose dark, alien quality introduce a breadth of modulated soundscapes both strange and wonderful. To his most recent mix, Bassiani Podcast 158: this one’s a gem. Powerful and driving cuts fused with fanatical precision, techno wizardry from a rising member of the Bassiani family.

Bliss is a dj / producer from Paris evolving into hypnotic techno scene.

Former member and resident of Prima Materia & resident of Apodys events, he played some stripped back techno including rather tribal, driving and minimal elements.

Besides that he showcases his love for records while playing vinyl as a duo with Dictent Vroom, which you may have seen at La Marbrerie or the Glazart.

He recently performed at the Rex club, Sierra Neon and the MiaMao livestream.

F.RITS has been perpetually pushing his own boundaries and those of his audience, crafting a rapid yet profoundly rhythmic sound rooted in his own personal influences. Having started his musical evolution on the creation of hip-hop/trap beats, F.RITS uses these elements to traverse the atmosphere of techno deeply, putting his own unique twist on what the modern sound is meant to be with powerful yet hypnotic rhythmic atmospheres and elements. TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ DAHRAXT

DAHRAXT is the techno project of the electronic music artist Alessandro Mannella ( formerly known as Mannella ).
Italian-born and Berlin-adopted, he expresses his multi-faceted talent producing music, DJing and performing live. Apart from being heavily influenced by the UK techno sound, DAHRAXT's musical narratives oscillate between industrial techno and distorted electro soundscapes, all the way to the more mental techno textures. Moving at a young age to Ibiza, he crafted his DJ mixing skills performing regularly at important venues like Space and throwing illegal parties around the island. Not long after, he moved to Berlin and immediately caught the attention of many, playing at the iconic Tresor basement and shaking the dancefloors of other major clubs such as About Blank, Arena and Suicide Circus, as well as hosting events at the former Griessmühle. Eventually, as one of the founders of the multidisciplinary event project ENIGMA, he brought a brand-new event concept at Tresor Club.
Besides Germany, DAHRAXT has made appearances at other influential venues across Europe such as Gare (Porto) and FOLD (London) among others. Touring overseas and taking part in the underground festival circuit, DAHRAXT has performed with the likes of Ancient Methods, Ben Klock, Detroit Techno Militia, Nene H, New Frames, Tommy Four Seven, Scan7, Sunil Sharpe and many more. 
His unmatched dexterity in bringing the crowd into his own visionary trip and the intensity of his DJ sets allowed him to also gain a residency at the techno party Vocoder in Mexico City (2018) and most recently at ARIA, London.
As a long-time vinyl collector and supporter, in 2015 DAHRAXT founded two record labels: “Jtseries”, (a techno dancefloor-oriented imprint) and “PicNic34” (having a more experimental direction). On those, he has collaborated with Blawan, Cristian Vogel, Charlton, Kucera, Santiago Salazar, Tobias, Vladislav Delay and VSK to name a few. With an arsenal of music ready to hit some of the most important music platforms out there, DAHRAXT’s ever mind-expanding DJ and studio experiments are bound to be experienced by many.
